Featuring a high scooped neck with a broderie anglais lace peter pan style collar, small sleeves, button and loop closure at the back of the neck, a high waist with elastic through the back and sewn in adjustable waist tie, a small flounce and a short hem 

Made in Australia from a 100% cotton fabric with a light floral pattern all over in pastel shades of blue, white, pink and yellow
